ARK Cellular Labs uses the information you provide to manage research-access confirmations, respond to inquiries and record requests for product updates.

Research-access confirmation

When you enter the catalog, we store your email address, your confirmation that you are at least 21 and visiting for legitimate laboratory research, the wording of the notice, and the confirmation time. This is a self-declaration and does not verify your identity. Your browser stores a preference remembering your confirmation.

Product updates

Product updates require a separate checkbox. Providing your email for research access does not subscribe you to marketing. Update requests are recorded by ARK; automated email campaigns are not currently connected. You can withdraw your request by emailing support@arkcellularlabs.com.

Researcher accounts and orders

To check out you need a researcher account. When you create an account or place an order, we store your name, email address, billing and shipping details, institution or company, researcher type, your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions and your order history. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by ARK Cellular Labs.

Storage and service providers

These records are stored in our WordPress database with Convesio hosting and are restricted to site administrators. Our hosting and website services may also process technical logs, such as IP addresses and request information, to operate and protect the site. Essential browser storage supports your access preference and site functions.

Your information and choices

To request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, or to withdraw product-update consent, email support@arkcellularlabs.com. Please identify the email address used so we can locate the record. We may ask for information needed to confirm the request.
